Abigail Asor Asante is a young leader with a strong commitment to youth development and gender advocacy. She has demonstrated exemplary leadership through her service in several notable roles, including Women’s Commissioner of Koforidua Technical University (2022), National Women’s Commissioner for Technical Universities in Ghana (GNUTS) in 2023, and Chairperson of the GNUTS Gender Commission in the same year. She also served as a Campus Ambassador for the Obaasima Foundation from 2022 and 2023.

Currently, she serves as the President of Groom Women Leaders Ghana and as the Director of Exclusive Events Hub, where she leads in concept development, strategic event planning, execution, hosting, and moderation. She is also an Envoy of EVE International, a global women-led organization dedicated to advancing the welfare of women. In addition, she is the Convenor of the “Find Your Feet” initiatives, a platform designed to mentor individuals toward purpose discovery and personal development.

Abigail Asor Asante has recently been appointed as a Justice of the Judicial Council of the University of Media, Arts and Communication (UniMAC) Students’ Parliament. She also serves as the Vice Chairperson for Gender and Students Protection at the Ghana Students Association of Research, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Creative Arts. She is an active member of both the Institute of Public Relations (IPR) and Women in Public Relations (WPR) at UniMAC, she continuously seeks opportunities for professional growth and excellence in the field of Public Relations.

Deeply passionate about impact, Abigail invests her time and expertise to initiatives that empower young people, particularly women, to transcend societal limitations and unlock their full potential. Through mentorship, capacity-building programs, and strategic engagements, she remains committed to fostering inclusive environments where individuals are inspired to grow, thrive, and confidently embrace their identity and purpose.
She is also committed to philosophical exploration, finding meaning in life’s complexities, and delving into thought-provoking discussions. This intellectual curiosity drives her to seek innovative solutions and approach challenges with a fresh perspective.
